With more than a decade of experience in civil litigation, international contracts, and commercial arbitration, Mr. Azimitehrani brings strong analytical judgment and operational oversight to the firm’s immigration practice. 


At Nassiripour Law Firm, he oversees daily firm operations, coordinates complex casework, and ensures procedural accuracy across both detained and non-detained immigration matters. His responsibilities include supervising document preparation, maintaining compliance with EOIR and USCIS filing standards, and supporting attorneys in litigation-heavy and business immigration cases.


His background in Iranian civil and commercial law, combined with his growing expertise in U.S. immigration procedures, allows him to provide valuable cross-border insight—particularly in cases involving Iranian documentation, evidence verification, and client communication.


Mr. Azimitehrani is currently preparing to sit for the California Bar Examination, with the goal of obtaining U.S. licensure and continuing to bridge legal practice between Iran and the United States.

She supports complex immigration matters involving removal defense, asylum cases, and business immigration filings, including EB-1 and NIW petitions. Ms. Shaabani holds an LL.M. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and brings extensive experience in motions, appeals, RFEs, and NOIDs.

She brings substantial experience in preparing persuasive petitions, developing case strategy, and managing matters from initial assessment through adjudication. Her work serves entrepreneurs, founders, researchers, artists, and corporate executives whose cases require careful positioning, strong evidence, and precise legal argumentation.


Ms. Lorestani holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution and Legal Process from the University of California College of Law, San Francisco (UC Law SF) and a Ph.D. in International Law from Chungnam National University in South Korea, where she also served as a faculty assistant. Earlier in her career, she worked with the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL), gaining experience in international legal frameworks and advocacy.


Fluent in Persian, Arabic, and Korean, Ms. Lorestani brings a global perspective to U.S. business immigration practice. She has received a Positive Moral Character Determination from the California State Bar and is eligible for provisional licensure to practice law in California.

She is committed to building and leading the firm’s business immigration practice with rigor, clarity, and integrity.

Shirin Amirheshmati is a legal professional with over 14 years of experience in civil and commercial law in Iran. Licensed as an attorney in Iran since 2010, she practiced law for more than a decade, including serving as Head of the Legal Department and acting as in-house and outside counsel to major Iranian corporations.


Now based in the United States, Shirin supports the immigration practice at Nassiripour Law Firm as a paralegal. She assists with immigration filings, evidence organization, legal research, and client preparation, bringing a strong cross-border legal perspective and a disciplined approach to case support.


Shirin plans to sit for the California Bar Examination and pursue admission to practice law in the United States. Fluent in Farsi and English, she also assists Persian-speaking clients and coordinates with local counsel in Iran when appropriate.

Originally from Lima, Peru, Jessica earned her Bachelor of Law from Universidad Científica del Sur and began her legal career at Notaría María Soledad Pérez Tello, where she worked on contract drafting, property transactions, and corporate registrations. She later gained international experience assisting clients with immigration documentation, powers of attorney, and business compliance matters.


At Nassiripour Law Firm, Jessica supports attorneys with asylum, family-based, and humanitarian filings, evidence organization, legal document preparation, and client communication. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, she plays an important role in assisting Spanish-speaking clients with clarity and professionalism throughout the immigration process.
